The sound of dripping water permeates the air as the snow and icicles melt from the roofs and the 5 foot snow walls along the streets slowly shrink. In the last week we've lost 19 inches of snow pack and in quite a few spots you can actually see last years brown grass in some yards. The streets are finally down to bar asphalt and it's safe to drive. Truly there is hope that Spring will arrive soon in full force and hopefully Summer (my favorite season) will not be far behind......
