OKAY SO.....
I need to vent....I HATE my bank....
I tried last week to make a deposit and the ATM told me my card was invalid, and spit it back out at me..... WTF??

so I try another ATM, same issue, then I call "customer service" and say, hey, what the fuck?...they act clueless and tell me I need to go into a branch..... it's 11pm mind you...

next day...

go into bank they say maybe I just need to re-pin my card, we do that... doesn't work... then so on and so on....after kissing my ass for three hours and telling me how much they appreciate me patience... they upgrade my account, and issue me a temp card.. yay, problem solved, right....

NO...

I go to use that card, "invalid", AHHHH!, go in again, they say there's a hold on my account for suspicious ATM activity... and I can't access my funds....they don't know what the fuck is going on....30 mins later.... the guy who originally helped me days prior, just gives me money to get me through the weekend, and hopefully Monday, my new debit card will arrive...

today....

it does, but its just an ATM card...nothing Debit about it.... GRRRRR.... very frustrating....and STILL no letter telling me what the fuck this is all about...
