- Since the whole buying-a-place deal is practically at a standstill for the moment, I'm aiming to get a temporary place somewhere in the Bay Area. Man... this sucks ass. Yeah, yeah the Bay is cool and all, but I HAD PLANS. Those fucking banks pretty much have a vice grip on my balls. Nearly every home I've put an offer on has been bank-owned and they are either uber scrutinizing or simply dragging their feet. It's very, very frustrating.

- Got a new phone. It. Is. Sweet. Sorry, iPhone Phreaks... I'm not jumping on that bandwagon EVER. This one has all the features I need, none of the apps I don't want, and was easy on the wallet. Plus it has funky features like acting as an emergency modem??? huh.
