What a crazy last couple of days. I had to head out of town for a bit because my grandmother was visiting other family members, claiming to have an emergency. Problem was... there was no big deal at all. Now I have even less money for anything I'd want to do. I hate that shit, no matter who does it to me. Don't ever tell me you're going through something majorly bad when it's just a ploy to get me to do your trivial dirty work.

If you know I don't like it from my own grandmother, I sure as fuck won't take it from your ass.

In Happier News... WONDERCON! I do prefer my BIG SHOW and nothing can top that... but this is a nice warm up for the summer! Plus it's San Diego's 40 anniversary this year? SO going, either as a vendor or press. Anyways, if you're a Bay Area local and a nerd (bonus), you should check it out at least for a day. It's a good and relatively cheap time! Of course, SG will be rep'ing their hood at this year's festivities.



I'm sure there plenty of folks associated with this site will be roaming around. ...I know ZAMN is getting his con on for the first time. Whatta n00b! I STARTED EARLY IN MY LIFE AND DID IT OFTEN. heh Also, a friend of mine is coming to cover some panels for her mag. Hint: Her name rhymes with Pristine. Tangerine. ...Listerine???
