I just totaly lucked out! So this morning I'm reading through emails and I see one from a client I've been chasing since September. She said she was sorry for not getting back to me sooner and she hopes I still want to take on the project! I was starting to think the project plan I sent her gave her sticker shock or something! Anyway.. the down payment will come just in time to cover all next months bills and even leave me with some extra cash! Talk about a major relief! Replacing the heater is costing me $2100 so this job is perfect!

Aside from that.. It's monday, I hate monday, monday is office day, office day means paperwork, I HATE PAPERWORK!!! Of course if I didn't write invoices and send them out... I'd never get paid... Maybe one day when my little company becomes a big company, I'll be able to hire someone else to do this stuff...

It's really cold here today! Not like Chicago cold, but still pretty damn cold! I have definitly been in Philly too long when the winters here seem cold! I think maybe I'll make my visit to LA a little sooner, especially if I get the down payment on this new job. I haven't been to Cali in a long time, so it should be a lot of fun. Well, back to work for me.
