I just woke up like an hour or so ago... I haven't slept this much in 2 months, I guess I really needed it. So it's back to cleaning the house after the whole heater explosion... I ended up going over to a friends house yesterday and using his kitchen to cook our xmas dinner due to all the damage from the heater. There is black oily crud all over the walls near every one of the vents! So far it looks like the computers took most of the damage though.. 2 of them are totaly trashed and 3 need to be taken apart, cleaned and rebuilt. I think the only one that went unharmed was the one in my bedroom, which is really cool cause I just finished building it the other day. Note to self: NEVER LET AN OIL FURNACE RUN DRY AGAIN!The heater guys are coming over tomorrow to clean out the furnace and replace the nozzle which is completely stuffed up. I can't wait till this piece of crap is working again, cause it's friggin cold out!
I need to go back to work soon so I can make money to pay for all this crap that got destroyed. Lucky for me, the client who's Audio Video system I've been instaling for the last few weeks.. owes me another progress payment which should cover all the damage! I love it when a total disaster ends up working out!
