So, tomorrow is the last day to register for spring classes, and I have not yet gotten my PIN number from my advisor. And the two classes I really need to take are either a. most likely filled or b. music theory 120.
Music Theory 120 would not be a big deal except that I haven't taken music theory 110. And although I've taught theory to little children for four years now and can sightread music and all that lovely stuff, I'm not sure where my skills are. I just had an hour long refresher course and I remember a lot of it, but the last time I had any formal theory was my Junior year of highschool, and I slacked a lot of that towards the end and never really understood it.
I THINK I get what I need to know to get myself through the placement exam. And then I talk to the teacher.
We'll see what happens. Tomorrow I get to take the exam and hope for the best.
