Post-Perovskite phase: Here's the latest, greatest update from the geophysics community. The argument is that the D" discontinuity near the mantle edge is because of a phase change to the Mg SiO3 perovskite into a postperovskite phase (behind closed doors the argument is being made that it may be monoclinic or some other unrelated to perovskite phase eek!) Anyway, I read your journal and thought hmmm, maybe a handful of people at the most would be able to understand what you wrote. Don't you think it is kind of strange posting things like that on a porn site? I'm not trying to offend you but not everyone on this site is a scientist or an engineer.
Are ya going for your masters? I want to go back and get mine but I'm far too busy for that. I'm sure it will happen one of these days though.

I've setup my email accounts to bounce all his emails, I stopped checking my voicemail and answering my phone, and I try to avoid anywhere I'd see him when he comes to Berkeley. I really wish that he would just go away and leave me alone.
As for rockclimbing... All my photos (many are posted on photos.yahoo.com under ids of vixenvena and qvas_tyvek) were taken at Vedauwoo Wyoming. In Wyoming, it's legal in most places to be nude provided that the intent isn't for sexual gratification of yourself or someone else which has led to a lot of fun rockclimbing! There was even a guy in Casper, Wyoming who used to walk around town in just cowboy boots and a cowboy hat because it wasn't against the law!
My shoes are Scarpa Dominatrix (ca 1996)! They have to be retired now.
I wore them out after I spent a week doing nothing but climbing after I passed quals. They've been resouled three times already which is a bit much as is.
