Friday Ruth and i stayed at Fox Woods and i decided to keep it a secret from my parents cause they wanted me back on F. instead the bad aunt and i had a good time. she went to bed early, used the hot tub (love those things) and i stayed up at the bar talking to some locals. after Fox Woods we stopped by the Mohegan Sun on the way to my dads. All in all after i paid for some drinks and the room and gave Ruth about 60 dollars cause she lost all her money i came out about 3 dollars under but had lots of fun. I gambled over 300 dollars.

Spent the noon with my grandparents whom i always have good conversation with. i think my grandpa Meyer purposefully forgot that i was not hungry so i would come to the table and eat with them. he served me milk too... euuggh. on a better note i finally convinced my dad to buy a mobile phone, he went with tmobile. the guy at the store offered me a job. i grilled steaks today, had taters and a beer with mine at dinner. something you can usually count on with a lewis household for sunday meal. also had some homemade wine and icecream and boston pie for dessert. Must had over 5000 cal today and all I did was sit on my ass. most of the day i've been looking at japanese stuff, and astronomy magazines. strange combo but i like it.

So my dad is of of the big bosses at a hotel, and has to cover the asses of employees who decided they are gonna not show up- or worse- call with a stupid excuse. Lady thinks she is the most important auditor, and the hotel 'needs' her so she skips a night forcing another auditor to cancel plans with a granddaughter and calls in saying she'll miss the next two. my dad is a little tart on the phone and mentions that this is cutting into his time with me on vacation. she leaves a nasty nasty (only hear this kind language on tv) message. she's obviously fired. However the labor board out here tends to side with idiots. Example: giving unemployment to someone who didnt call for a week to say they couldnt make it. Excuse was taking care of kids but believe me, she was out having fun.
