Just reading your blog. The excercise thing...Much easier to do whilst doing somehting else you like;
Watching the Simpsons, etc, whilst doing squats, hips curls, star jumps. sitting on the end of you bed watching your fave shows whilst lifting weights with one arm (prison stylee) is good, the swapping arms (obv) Because you distracting yourself with fave TV your body doesnt really notice that you're doing the gym thing too.
That, and a Wii fit
