I'd love to make you some, sometime. I'd give you the recipe, but, though the ingredients are very simple, the preparation and equipment needed are difficult.
You not only have to have an outdoort-ten-gallon-deep-fryer, but you also have to injection marinade the turkey (actually, you could probably get away without it, but that's like eating pie without whipped-topping!)
Basically the preparation is just as difficult as roasting one, it's just that the cooking time is quicker. Got off on a rant there, sorry. hehehe
