Personally, I think all bosses are dumbasses....at least, I never had one that was'nt!

If they're cutting you down to only one day a week, they may be trying to get you to quit.
That happened to me when I worked at Hardee's (many, many eons ago). It was their "hint" that they did'nt want me there anymore. Assholes!

So finding another job, while you're still working this one, may not be a bad idea.
