another monday at work, oh the joy that i feel. biggrin i spent most of the weekend either here at my office, or in poolhalls. i might be going shooting today with some cool people. we shall see how the day goes.

ok as promised here is a new more up-beat journal. yesterday (friday) i got my new pool cue. it is a Burton Spain cue. it is approx 25 to 30 years old. it is in fantastic condition. i paid $1400.00, and it is worth evey penny. i wouldn't sell it for less then $2500.00. anyway here are some pictures of it taken by the guy...

That really sucks about your dad. Now that I've had a taste of what it's like to live under the same roof as someone you don't get along with, I can see how extremely tough that must be. I hope you can get out of that situation soon.

As for my dad, well, he and I are on better terms now. My parents divorced when I was little, and dad and I have had our ups and downs since then. For a while we had some e-mail correspondence going (he lives 3 or 4 hours away in northern VA) but he didn't respond to my last e-mail. I'm probably going to give him a call on father's day like I did last year.

Yeah. I couldnt see him going anywhere at all.

I know all the moved Ferrari have made in recent time (to go public) have improved their position as an automaker and as a race team. I wonder how much Ferrari sock is going to cost? wink

I imagine the 2 billion GM gave Fiat is going to help out a little on the Fiat side of things as well. biggrin

it's 4:39am. i'm sitting here at work in my office playing with my new laptop. i now don't have to go into one of the suppervisors offices at the plant that i inspect to play on the net. i can now do it from the privacy of my comfy office. i'm happy biggrin
