I posit that filling out job applications is the opposite of euphoria. Gone is the heady rush of applying to good jobs that I would actually want. Instead, I plod on through applications to progressively more worthless and deadend jobs so that I will be making at least enough to live on until I get something decent...yet still no word back. 'Tis frustrating.

Even more yay for new kitty! I always go for the grown up ones, though, from Angel Memorial/MSPCA. Kittens always find homes. Oh, and good luck finding an all black one. I was looking for that and ended up with my cute tuxedo kittie. Mostly because the all black one hissed at me and backed into her cage.

Being unemployed sucks. I hate feeling useless, and having nothing to do. It's doubly frustrating because I need to start planning on moving soon as my lease expires at the end of July and I can't renew, and trying to plan rent and bills when I don't have any money coming in is not particularly pleasant.
