Well, you know, I had planned to play the braggart, by showing you this:

But, so it's goes, it's a balmy 4 degrees and sunny in Montreal right now. Oh well.
As goes with the trend of all my SG buddies, I don't got none 'o dat Christmas cheer this year. I blame the lack of snow, as we're all dreaming of the white Christmases we used to know.

I'm also, albeit thankfully, away from my folks in Grand-Falls NB this year for the first time in my 25 years. Things feel a little wrong. But with the way my folks have been behaving lately, I'd rather extricate myself from the Reveillon from now on.

And with continued thoughts of conversion, our hostess contemplates doing the Chanukah thing next year with the small, but significant Jewish side of the family. Will Chocolate gelt and latkes beat our gingerbread and turkey? We'll see.
