Randomness: I'll separate the different thoughts by dashed lines

Recently, due to my discovery of Pandora.com, My musical horizons have exploded. I've updated my profile to match. In doing so i realized that i haven't changed my profile since last march, so that's fixed as well. If you're reading through my music choices you'll realize that when i say I listen to what fits my mood, I'm not kidding.

So Friday my close friends and i were out shooting at a friends farm. We were with a girl that my buddy was interested in and we were expanding her firearms experience. We were talking about some of our hobbies, and we realized that e have got to be some of the most versatile geeks around. Just to give anyone reading this an idea:
2 of the 4 of us are Iraq vets
3 of the 4 are in the military
3 of 4 own more than one firearm
3 of 4 are in the SCA and reenact medieval life
we all: Play video games religiously, know how to drive a stick shift, know who cthulu is, play DND and many other paper and pencil games, like physical activity, hunt, have done some form of mechanical work on our own vehicles beyond that of changing oil, are handy-men(running water pipes/electrical/dry wall).
That just scratches the list. we are the quintessential hick/geeks. Although i am the only one who's gone to a Con. and although we all watch football only one of us is a true fanatic. At the same time though we need o have differing hobbies otherwise we'd drive each other nuts.
oh, and our crowning achievement: we have a corporation on EVE(MMO) of all friends that e know in real life. yeah that's right, 20+ members who are real life friends too. (Last Dawn)

As of Monday Jan 5th I'll be back to working out religiously. Christmas season has seen me take quite a few hits on my prior healthful activities and I am in dire need of getting a routine started again. I'mthinking a photo journal taken once a month will be good enough, I'll post it on here as time passes.
