I was going to come home tonight, and write, then I decided not too, then I got here, read Ava's journal, and I tell you, that girl always inspires me to write, we have so much in common.

I went out tonight, My friends, Jack, Rance Brett and chris play in a band called Moniker, and they were opening for this cover band, at this bar in arvada.
I wanted to write a commentary about the night, and im not sure where to start, I had all this stuff in mind, and it really wasnt coming together, so this might turn into a ramble more then anything.
First off, Moniker, music wise, is hard to explain, the influences are all over the place, the attitude, sound, and creativity, are spun from eclectic music tastes, and 4 out of the 5 band members, managed a music store in one form or another for too many years to count.

Okay its 1100 am, and I have coffee in hand.
As monilker started last night, the bar started to fill up, I sat back watchng people, and there reactions to the band, and everything else, and it kinda hit me, I grew up in Hollywood, in the 80s/90s hair metal craze, and I was starteing to think that I was having flashbacks to a different time.
aahhhhhhhgggggg, I dont want to write about this as much as I thought I did,,
