"Desperate for changing, starving for truth."
9 o clock in the morning, and Im listening to Lifehouse, had this song stuck in my head for a week.

Yesterday was my last day at BB&BY, start the Sam Goody gig again on Monday, and for some reason I want to go in and work today, Im ansy, impatient, I dont know whats wrong actually, Im bored I guess, its fucking Saturday morning, I have it off, and Im not doing a fucking thing....

I could clean my house, that would take me a hour or two, then what?
Im bitching, I think that I am going to get off my ass, and go in to the store, and make my boss put me on the clock. Just for something to do........

It will be nice to wear decent clothes again, Ive had to wear jeans to work for almost a year now and dont get me wrong, thats all good and dandy, but you know my jeans are all trashed now, and so I dont want to wear them anymore.

Yesterday, my cat Comfort, caught a baby mouse, so I took it away from her, and kept in a plastic cup for like 3 hours while I tok a nap, when I got up, I decided to let it go. Comfort was born in a barn, so shes a mouser, and she caught that mouse before I even knew what was going on, I kinda felt bad for taking it away from her, but I didnt particularly want to have to clean up a dead mouse, or have her eat it, and get sick.

When your stuck in the same place, and have been there for such a long time, how do you go about changing what you want to change? Ive smoked for a little over half my life, and want to quit, and although I have tried numerous times over the past 10 years, I still havent been able to walk away. I want to get rid of that addiction, that and start working out, and I have no clue where to begin on either count, and make them both stick.

Change is hard when you're so used to a particular cycle.

I only smoked for a year, so quitting wasn't a big thing for me. I just hope you figure out some way that works.

As for working out...you just have to start doing it. Usually, you feel so good afterwards you -want- to do it again the next day. Unless a wave of depression hits. It's just doing it the first few times that's difficult. Do you mean go out running-type exercise, or gym-related?
