Does it hurt? Sure. But it's over fast. REALLY fast, esp. if you have a good piercer. I got both of mine done in one sitting with little complaint - the worst part was getting used to having jewelry in my nips. If you want to do it, DO IT! It's totally worth it - it hurts only briefly but looks hot for a LOOONG time.

Yes, as evilannie says, it's not that bad. When I had mine done the first one was nothing, though the second one hurt a bit.
