Im listening to Mazzy Star, they are fucking awesome, and great to have sex to. Infact, I think that the last time that I listened to this album, I was getting laid, thats sad, cause it was a long time ago...LOL
I got off today from work, at 220, so I could catch my bus a bit earlier than usual, we were almost done, and my boss let me go.
Since about 315, I have been laying in bed, with what I can remember as being the worst migraine that I have had in probably 15 to 20 years..
When I was growing up, I used to get them all the time, the only thing that I could do was sleep them off, and one time, I actually hurt so bad that it made me sick, thats the day Im comparing to this one, cause that day, wasnt so bad..
Close to 5 hours I laid in bed, wanting to blow my brains out, I slept, I woke up, I tossed, turned, its a big fucking blur at this point...
Of course, your asking, why didnt he just take some advil, well kids, after I had my knee surgery, I was popping a little coctail of 800 mg ibuprofen, a 25 mg percocet, and 2, 25 mg of tramadol, god I wish that I had saved some, that would have really helped tonight,
Anyways, after that whole ordeal, I figures that I had pretty much consumed enough ibuprofen, to last me a life time, so I stopped taking it, I think that I have taken it twice since then, but for now, I no longer buy it.
At some point, in this little experience, I did get up, and take 4 aspirin, and a celebrex, dont ask me about the celebrex, I figured that it couldt hurt, and I laid back down..
It finally went away, its still there, in the back of my head, like a baby headache, and I can deal with it, but fuck, for a while there, I was scared, I thought that I was going to lose my mind....
Okay, Im off to burn music, thanks for reading!!

I don't know for sure but I'm thinking I read some where that chronic migraines can be a symptom of another illness. Of course I wouldn''t take my word for it seeing as how I'm not all that caught up on medical knowledge. If I'm sick I just ride it out. Because I hate going to the doctor. which is ironic since i work in a doctor's office.

i used to get migraines a lot. i finally found out that my neck was sticking in a misaligned position every once in a while, pinching nerves, and causing headaches. physical therapy and muscle strengthening (in my neck and upper back) solved everything. pretty amazing.
