OOOOOHH, Sha-BAYUM! Looked on the Illinois Educator Certification System and my transitional bilingual teaching certificate went through! This means I can teach bilingual education at any grade, k-12 in the state of Illinois.
I would never recommend anyone to hire me for this purpose,
but I'm the kind of person who just likes to rack up certifications. 
I took the test for Spanish language proficiency, and passed with flying colors. So I guess I'm supposed to be legit.
Next I think I'll sign up for the Spanish as a foreign language test. I've taken enough credits in college to warrant me as a Spanish teacher as well. I'd love to teach Spanish, actually. Seems much easier than English. English you have to cover a million different things all at once: reading, writing, speaking, listening, researching, literary analysis, etc. Spanish it's just uno, dos, tres. And all that fun.
