SG; where being alternative stops making you feel like and outcast

A long time ago, entering the world of SuicideGirls felt like stepping into a world where traditional norms of beauty I saw all around me were challenged . In this community where inked skin, vibrant hair, and unapologetic individuality reign supreme. Where before, being alternative made me feel excluded, here it made me feel included. for the first time

Being on SuicideGirls isn’t just about baring skin; it’s about baring your soul. It's a platform where so many beautiful girls proudly showcase their uniqueness, embracing their quirks and flaws as badges of honour rather than reasons for shame. It's a celebration of authenticity, where looking the way you want is not a point of disapproval from others but a reason to celebrate.

For some, SuicideGirls is a lifeline—a beacon of hope illuminating the path to self-discovery and acceptance. For others, it's a sanctuary—a space to express desires, fantasies, and fears without judgment. And for many, it's simply a community—a family bound not by blood, but by shared experiences and a mutual understanding that beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, and shades.

Before SuicideGirls, I felt like an outcast for being alternative, for not being the skinniest and for preferring uniqueness over traditional beauty standards. Many times I felt I had to put on a mask to be accepted by the outside world, because of SuicideGirls, I've come to see that the mask of 'normality' is not needed to feel and be seen as beautiful in today's society

Being on SuicideGirls isn't just about being seen; it's about being heard, understood, and embraced for who you truly are. It's a testament to the power of self-expression, acceptance, and community in a world that often tries to dictate who we should be and what is considered 'beautiful'.

It's a shame I personally never got to reach my goals, but every day I am grateful for the things I've learned from my time being on this platform. A community as loving and supportive as the one I found here is something I wish for everyone who struggles with the way they look or the pressure of having to fit in

Stay sad, stay rad
