So I sure haven't been very active on here of late.
First, the end of school, then starting the museum job (which is going pretty well thus far)... Top it off with a new roomie (who I ADORE!) and a lad I'm seeing... Argh.
It doesn't help that Telus fucked up the ADSL when I transferred the account to my name (after the last roomie moved out). Sigh. So we finally have the Internet back, and are no longer at the mercy of Invader Zim dvd reruns... THough I never really minded, anyhow.
This just means we can revel in Strongbad as well!!
The apartment is well on its way to becoming a legitimate home, what with Erin's contribution of lovely orange squishy chair and couch. Having a VCR and being able to watch all my moives is great, too. We've put up a lot of posters, an there are still more to go... I love this place!
I shall try to attempt to be better at corresponding on here... I'm feeling conflicted about the site - so it's a love-hate thing, really. There are so many lovely people on here - but we're still part of a genre, just by refusing the more mainstream... Sigh. Existential remnants from my last Anthro-boy roommate.
I really should go do some laundry.

Yeah...I am in the same boat...JUST got over the fuckin Asiatic Flu...Working my ASS off, and generally recovering from stuff that is still there, and isnn't going away...So, I suppose that would not be 'recovering', huh? lol! Again, I am SO glad your scored that Job, working in museams ROCK! I did it as a summer Job once, and It was really...the best Job I think I had as a teen...(well..Maybe the Herpetology assistant was...But the Art Gallery comes in second...for sure!)

Anyhow...I am off, as I am expecting a call from my sister...The house is going up for sale...I have to decide how I am going to get My Library of 200 year old books (well..some of them anyways) But the Poe Collection itself is 150, so I have NO fuckin clue how I am gonna do THAT! *sighs*
Anyhow...Still hope I will get to meetcha this summer sometime, and I hope I can start being better about keeping up with my fiends in here...
