Made it thru the first week back at school... relatively unscathed. I say relatively, because I did manage to injure myself!...
The other day I fell down some stairs onto my hand - which has swollen up. I even have a bruise on my palm. I've been icing it - but what a dumb injury! The worst is that it's my right hand - so it takes longer to use the exacto knife et al. At least when I played rugby I had cool injury stories... This was a combination of my hurried nature, ice and big boots.

The design class is funny; I'm learning Gestalt theory and all sorts of stuff. But mostly I've been cutting out dots and gluing them in interesting patterns. Higher education? Or reminiscent of kindergarten?...

Today is my drama class, and we're learning about unions. Next week, we start the fun stuff. Finally!

This weekend, a good gal pal of mine is coming to sleep over - always fun.

Also - the burlesque costume I'm making is turning out super-well. Blessed be the tassles! Come Feb 5th, I will be a burlesque perfomer as well as a Marilyn impesonator. Muhahaha.
I will also then rule the WORLD.
