Chickenshit that I am, I stayed at home writing essays and watching movies instead of making phonecalls.
At swing class tonight, I asked said lovely boy out. He couldn't (homework) - but he made me a CD!
There's nothing quite like getting a mixtape from a cute boy.
A CD is a very close second, I think. I haven't gotten one of those from a boy since Ryan started in a metal band... Their singer sounded like Cookie Monster, but I was enthralled with the drumming (Ryan).
The CD I got today is music by Henryk Gorecki...I don't know it, but it seems cinematic and familiar; there's some operatic singing, as well. Tom and I both approved.
I suppose this means I'll be calling him this week. Meow.
Went to watch the Simpsons at Filthy's with codeboy2 on Sunday night. Sundays are such awful days, I think. I only ever feel fit to have naps and drink coffee and waste time on Sundays... instead of all the work I *should* do.
Anyhow, this Sunday was infintely more bearable.
He bought me beer, too. Yay beer.
And codeboy2.
Okay, anyone got any funny "pouncing" stories or advice? Any awkward things to reminisce over?
