Fucking fabulous weekend.


My last day at the store was Friday. Lots of singing and dancing ensued. I even was taken out for martinis and a date afterwards (two of my favourite things!).

Partying with my beloved SGVic comrades last night was a blast - as always. I lurve you guys...

Today, Tom and I went shopping in Chinatown. The Chinese Freemasons were having a celebration and a dragon and lion were blessing the stores with firecrackers. It was great - we got stuck in the Turntable for half an hour. I bought some great records; Bowie, the Velvets and Janis, oh my!

Finally, tonight I had some friends over to visit. We drank cheap champagne and listened to the Velvet Underground and Ethel Merman on vinyl.
Anyhow, I must dash off to bed. I should probably sleep before I have to catch the ferry tomorrow. Not to mention call my great-aunt... Aack. It's good stress - it means I'm excited.
