Eek!
After a few days of flu, dealing with my car and general yuckiness - a great evening.
Sara called from Ontario and we chatted for a while; I even put on some of her old records so she could listen to them. I really miss her, so it was great to talk.
I got a roof-rack and car-top carrier for Jude. Her window is now repaired as
well. (SGVic kids - go to Broco Autoglass! They rule... Didn't treat me like a dumb girl, but instead talked to me about muscle cars and charged very little for the window.)
Finally, my newest boytoy called and I'm blushing like a little school girl. I didn't think he would call, as it's been 9 days since I saw him, and I usually operate under the "Swingers" 3 or 7 days to phone rule.
Anyhow. It would seem that he'll be at the Supersuckers show (so YAWG, I hope he passes inspection)... And he likes John Waters. It really doesn't take much to make me happy.
Am off to sit on the couch like a happy Bridget Jones, eating sorbet and watching Pink Flamingos.
