A new journal so soon?
Tonite I dressed up as Liza Minelli in Cabaret and practiced my number for Sunday. I've started doing drag shows - as Marilyn Monroe (because at first Shiwana didn't have enough performers), but am now branching out...
And I've come to realize that yes, I am a drag queen. And I'm more than happy to dress up in ridiculously loud costumes, sing and dance with the queens on Sunday nites.
Besides, I get free drinks.
Other than my love of playing dressup, there's not much else to report...
Tomorrow I'll start looking for a second job (turns out the video store won't be giving me full time hours). Hopefully I can get one where I get to keep my lip piercing and don't have to sell my soul.
And I'd really rather not do alterations in the mall... Now I'm just procrastinating and being picky.
Why won't people pay me to just be fabulous? I'd make a great socialite.
Man, I'm using too many of the smiley faces, but they're pretty addicting, smiling up at me...

There are drag shows on Tues. nights in Bowling Green, Ohio... at a club called Uptown/Downtown. What fun. I love drag queens. I love that YOU are a drag queen...
