Production work for 'As you Like It' at school is finally finished!!! No more 14 hour days slaving over the cutting board or seewing machines. I made a stomacher corset for the jester character, which was fun - then got to cover it with pom poms. I shall have to take pictures and post them.

The designer really liked his costume, and said it was perfect... Boosted my ego for about 2.5 seconds. But at lwast that's something.

The show work ended on a high note, but I'm exhausted. My prof still makes me feel stupid, and I have no confidence at school.... THough she does smel like patchouli and look like Jennifer Connelly. Anyone who loves Bowie can't be all bad.

At least we get 2 weeks of classes in before production on freakin' Footloose starts. I'd like to know what I'm doing before I do it...


At my college, the Pride society is putting on a screening of Rocky Horror, and I'm going as Trixie, the usherette (can't bring out the Frank costume the week before Halloween!!).. I'll do a strip-tease to Science Fiction Double Feature. I'm going to wear a platinum wig, a corset and bits that I can throw around, a la burlesque. Ooh la la.
