In Edmonton right now - staying with a friend until I drvie to Red Neck Deer fer skool in a week or so. It promises to be a busy, fabulous year, full of hard work, partying and karaoke (I'm even gonna try my hand at singing lessons again and even join a band if possible... Know anyone In Alberta who wants to put up with lil ol loud me???
)
So... A great weekend in Osoyoos visitng my great aunt, lotsa skinny dipping and happy hours (she starts drinking at 4.30 pm, hurrah). Pretty damn good fer an 85 year old with a broken femur.
She gave me some vintage hats and supplies - she worked fer Ruby Ross in California waaaaaaaaaaay back when, so now i"m making myself a vintage fur bell hat. (it's vintage, shuddup!!)
Anyhow, must dash - but love to all and sunshine till next time...
UPDATE - Missed the Edmonton fringe show my friends wrote, directed, built, etc, etc - Bugger.

lemonkid:
I would definately recommend it. Philip Seymour Hoffman (!), John Hurt, and Muray Chaykin are all excellent in it. It's a very solid movie.. that I can imagine a lot of people enjoying. And somewhat funny in a bizarre way.
