Tonite I'm throwing myself a going away party - Hawaiian theme, as there was a special on leis et al at the dollar store. I even have balloons and party hats for the first eight partygoeers. I am embracing how dorky this party willl be in my parent's backyard, with not many people... but there shall also be lotsa gin n Ultralounge. It helps being easy to please!

I leave Friday morning EARLY, then visit my great aunt in Osoyoos and finally on to Red Neck Deer and skool.

Ooh, advice for anyone going to karaoke at Prism - if ever a drunken so-called ballroom teacher asks you to dance after buying you a martini, don't do it. Especially if it's salsa - and no dips.
