Just saw the movie Frida... Amazing. I am inspired - the woman, Frida, Salma Hayek's portrayal of her and Julie Taymour's storytelling were beyond words. The soundtrack was fantastic, too!
In other news: Still in the running for the good ol karaoke contest during Pride week... Tomorrow I'm going to sing some more Guns n Roses and maybe a little Liza Minelli...
This week I'm gonna do Marilyn Monroe (Diamonds or I wanna be loved by you) and Judy Garland (You made me love you - but dedicated to Gina Smirnoff, the resident queen at karaole).
