I just realized that today is my one year anniversary of my last cigarette. It doesn't even factor in to my thought process anymore. I had tried a bunch of times before and failed to defeat the cravings. Then last year on this very day I ran out of cigarettes and was too lazy/broke to go buy more. Plus my nephew is allegic to cigarettes and I like him better!
