i've recently fallen in love with certain anime shows... i completely understand the kid in the giant robot. a lost kid, in a giant shell, not understanding why he's/she's in there, trying to sync with the body in front of them, destroying shit around them, most of the time the robot/creature is in control, every now and then the kid gets control of it, and it's good, things make so much sense when you're stoned.
