Gym 1 hour and running 4 miles every day. The feeling you get after workout is great. Downside is that my sexdrive is growing rapidly, witch is normal but annoying.

I have been to gym 2 times now. I train with my personal trainer because i need special training plan for my future fights. I don`t bump up my muscles, not my style. Normal fit look is the best look on my opinion. Next gym is on Sunday.

I am ready for gym on monday. May be joining Muay Thai class as well, not sure yet how mucks spare time i have. Giving 100% to gym first.

Running is not enough anymore, joining gym soon. Have to watch sister twin girls as long as they get healthy. Then its time for me to concentrate time just for myself.

Oh how i love to run. Push all the bad feelings, anger and problems to running. Morning i ran 5.2 km and 11,6 km just half a hour ago. Makes me feel so untouchable, happy fella :)
