Been feeling alone here is Estonia. I was away for 3 years and then traveld back here and with that time all my friends have moved to Sweden and Finland. Been with my family for 9 month but it`s not enough. Gym is the only thing that keeps me sane.
I love bodybuilding but when i start travelling then i can not do that.
My back progress so far, unhealthy eating is the problem right now, that`s why i gain muscle so slow.
