Hehe, with 2 month i lost 1,1 kg fat and gained 2,1 kg muscle. I am a bit stronger after every training cycle witch is good. Just got 3 new training plans and hardcore training can begin now. 2 days bodybuilding, 2 days interval training and then 2 days off when i have to do balance training, it just takes 20 min a day. And it all goes till August. :)
