Uh it`s been 2 month without my anger problem and today i feel angry. In couple of day i may flip and loos control. But this time i am ready, shrink told me if i feel its gonna happen then smoke weed. So weed it is today.
Still loosing fat, around 7% left to go. End of June i should be as fit as i was 6-7 years ago.
