As requested, I am upating.
Today at work, I moved approximately 300 pairs of shoes. I am not exaggerating. I had to reorganize and condense the shoe racks in our back room to make space for our new shipment of shoes which exceeded nearly 50 pairs. Skater shoes are heavy. Let me tell you. I'm just glad they weren't all Doc Martens.
It's really hot in this room. Humid too. I feel like taking off my shirt and pouring my refridgerated spring water all over me... but I won't, cause I 'm really thirsty too.
I got a "Written Warning" at work the other day for forgetting to lock the safe. Oops. It really wasn't that big of a deal considering I locked everything else and I was the last person out of the store and was in the store before it opened the next day. If it weren't for the fact that one of the other manager's had gotten there 10 minutes before I had, no one would have been the wiser. Shit happens, ya know?
I bought new earrings. I really like them.
Tomorrow night I am going to see Via Satellite here in York. My friend Kristin is the bassist and so she always asks me to tag along. I always say yes just cause well, it's good music and cheap beer. I'd have to be crazy to say no. Anyway, I'm looking forward to it. It's been a while since I've been out.
Oh, and Christina Aguilera is in the studio recording her third album. I'm so excited!! I love her. She's so talented.
