So, in June sometime the local bar that I go to for karaoke on Thursdays and Saturdays is having a sort of "American Idol" competition. A lot of my friends and even the karaoke host, Pete, are encouraging me to do it, but I'm not sure if I can.
Yes, I love to karaoke and yes I have a couple songs that I'm pretty good at, but I don't know if its something that I want to turn into a competition. I mean, karaoke is for fun, not for winning. Everyone wins at karaoke, it's not easy to do.
I'll think about it until they post what the prizes are. Then I'll make my decision.

um sweetie.. its basicly kareoke but you get a prize now. Who cares if its a competition.. and like Satan said you got a great voice. Not like they're going to drive ya out of town if ya lose like they did back in the old west, or they hung you.. i remeber that stuff.
