It seems like two days is my limit on trying to do anything extreme. Starting Friday night, I began to fast. I was trying to do a lemon cleanse, which consist of only drinking 2 tbs of molasses and 2 tbs of lemon juice. My brother-in-law was doing it with me, but soon after he stopped I could not help myself anymore.

I don't know what I was thinking really because I HATE molasses.
