Been watchin a bunch of youtube videos from the flip side. Someone put up one on fb and reminded me of my favorite. There's a bunch of dudes I work with that spend heaps of time in the gym, use way too many supplements, and tons of protein. I get it, I've been there, but I don't go quite that far. Maximizing your efforts is one thing, overdoing it quite another. Enjoy! = )
