I always normally would have gotten kinda pissed off if anyone called Kentucky a hick state, well it is a hick state. I have been traveling around Kentcuky for my job, and seeing all these small little nothing towns. Not cities, but towns. I am convinced Louisville isn't really part of Ky. I mean these are the type people that count, "1, 2, Earnhardt, 4, 5, it's sad really. So to recap, yes Kentucky is a hick state, and Louisville is not in Kentucky. It's like it's own district, like D.C.
