I don't think I would be a good owner of a restaurant. As much as I love food, the whole business and manager aspects of running a place are probably beyond me. People go to school for that kind of thing. Me, I just like eating... and sitting... and drinking. I think I'm really good at all three of those (except maybe the drinking part, but that's medical. It's not for lack of skill). Unfortunately that's probably not enough out of which to build a successful business.

But I digress. Lately I've been thinking that I want my own restaurant.

It will be called Nom.
