For the last four months or so I have had a "normal" sleep schedule. I go to bed around midnight, and I wake up around 8am. I did this because of a change in my dialysis schedule. Normally I have had late shifts. I would show up at dialysis around 5 or 6, and get home around 9 or 10. This schedule has always worked well for me, but I decided to give early shifts a try to help out my Everquest 2 guild. Now I go to dialysis around 11, and get home around 4. Waking up this early every day is irregular for me, and although I've managed to do it for the last few months I wake up every morning missing what goes on in the world at 3am.

Well I think I'm going to go nocturnal again. I'm moving dialysis units, and right now they only have morning shifts. They want me to show up by 8am, which means in order to eat and be ready I would have to be up by 6am. I might as well just stay up all night, so I will probably do just that.
