Today has been a fantastic day. I talked with the physical therapist, and he understands my situation a little better now. I also spent some time with an occupational therapist. There is an important difference between the two - the physical therapist is there to help me walk, and move. The occupational therapist is to make sure I can do things like cook, and bathe myself. So I have been trransfered to the occupational therapist so that when I am sent home, I'll be able to live alone. She agrees that before I get sent home I shoul spend some time in a physical therapy facility. Whew

The other good news is that my mom can make it up here in a few days, and she'll be able to help me out once I go home.

Did you know that today was Easter? Well it was! I got a visit cute Easter Bunny (named Ruth Anne) who came bearing flowers, and chocolate. She came with 6 other friends who hung out and kept me company through most of the afternoon.

A couple of hours after they left, April and Etienne showed up bearing a delicious ham sammich, pepsi, and a bag of peanut butter cups.

Today I have been well fed, and well cared for in every way that matters. The future looks much more inviting,
