"Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win."
-Sun Tzu
The Bush administration should have read more Lao Tzu, and less Machiavelli.
To be fair, though, they thought they were just seizing control of a country. They didn't expect a war.
And I'm not talking about Iraq.
Of course now they do have a war, and now I am talking about Iraq. Only not really, because me talking about Iraq is like me talking about treating ovarian cancer. I have no knowledge of either, and I'm in no position to do anything about them other than feel bad for their effects on humanity. However, like the good bystandar that I am, I can evaluate the strategies used in treating them, and make value judgments based on my own limited understanding.
And quote Chinese philosophers.

I would attempt to be deep philosophical moving or political but..... yeah too early in the morning.
But you're right. And the fact Bush broke every axiom held true in Bin Fa still astounds me.
You're amusing on both the boards and apparently journals too.
You're getting bookmarked.
No I'm not stalking you, yet, I'm far too lazy and I've yet to see that there are any cookies in it for me
