putrefy

Well.....I found out from a buddy of mine that a guy I grew up with and jammed with in my old band passed away yesterday.Feels fucked up. Numb. Total reality does'nt set in until you see them in the casket. I almost thought it was some sort of cruel joke. It's a hard thing to wrap your head around. 26 years old and dead from a fucking heart attack. I had to bury my friend a few years back because he died of cancer at 26. What the fuck is with this shit? This is the kind of thing you expect to happen when someone reaches 50 or 60. Not before 30.
