What is the most interesting/thought provoking/amazing/wonderful thing you have ever read?

Oh yes,

and it is a travesty (a travesty!!!) that I am just now seeing Dead Poets Soceity for the first time ever.

I had this really great Literature teacher in high school who, when we were reading the transcendentalists, told us to go read the poems three times to the wind for homework.

Everyone laughed.

Secretly, I read the poems to the wind. It made a difference.

Sometimes I became teary eyed. I miss feeling that emotionally connected to poetry and words in general.
