sg is bad for me (or good, depending on what you think of the following).

i work full-time. i mean full-time full-time, benefits and all - the Full She-Bang (capitals intended).

i'd have to say that over the past 2-3 weeks i have literally done around 2 or 3 work related functions.

one of them involves checking email.

anywho.

i've never kept a journal or diary in the past, nor have i really posted to msg boards on a regular basis, but the more i do it here, the more i'm beginning to enjoy it. don't get me wrong, it's only work that suffers, my personal life is still far more important to me than either of these (and will remain) but i have the feeling that my work may have a problem with my continued, well... lack of work.

suggestions please.

i'd also like people opinions on the use of capitals in written work. i've tried to abstain in the past (I Don't Put The Capital In Capitalist) but i get the feeling that people think you're a lazy bupkiss for forgoing the shift-key combinations (which i am).

any thoughts?

Sometimes you just get bored of work and you really need a break. I suggest you take an extra long weekend and really pamper yourself (arcade, bars, hookers (or whatever floats your boat, mine is arcades)).
After that you'll be ready to get back to work as you're refreshed and you'll have a ton of stuff to do because work will have piled up smile

I second Darkshade's comment.... sometimes you just need to rejeuvenate, burnout is a killer on work productivity. Sometimes, journalling can just be a great way to blow off steam from the stresses of the everyday, which can get pretty mundane, depending on your line of work..... damn I want benefits!
